OpenGL including 4.2 for Tanga's scenario.

For Scenario Isle , OpenGL 3.1 is required.
Ability to display 3d OpenGL software with built-in OpenGL Mesa
the games.
To play the paper manual card is required.


Information for the installer:
In case of failure download failure or offline site, the installation program
keep downloaded files for save bandwidth,

However, nothing is lost, he remembers the files downloaded
